1. Handling low complex projects under the work instructions

2. Factory inspection & Annual fee / FSM surveillance audit management, incl. timely arrangement, payment, database update

3. Support seminars or any other kind of conferences

4. Flight ticket & Hotel booking

5. Meeting room, audio conference or WebEx booking

6. Flyer, gift, stationery booking and keeping

7. Standard purchase

8. ?Invitation letter preparation for foreign colleagues

9. ?Keep training record and send to HR (inform all colleagues)

10. FI inspectors qualification application, record and update

11. News (review by department manager)

Job requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Electronic, automation, or software engineering;

2. Be good at English speaking, writing and reading;

3. Be good at communication and well cooperate with others
